Popup Guard! V2.0

When I launch Internet Explorer, another window opens
with an advertisement for Popup Guard! V2.0.

How do I stop this from happening?

If you've installed Pop-up Guard earlier, try uninstalling it via Add/Remove Programs. Some applications may exhibit this after the trial period is over. If you are unable to uninstall this, use Toolbarcop and disable appropriate plugins:

Chris,
It's a scam from Zend Media ....
If you clicked on one of their pop-ups they usually silently
install one or more Parasites [ugh!] (see below)
Note: you can prevent this in the future by using a HOSTS file.

Next, delete your TIF (cache)
