PopUnders... any stoppers available?

My pop-up stopper works , but the pop-unders are increasing rapidly. This
morning I had 3 of them in rapid sequence right after I closed a page I was
reading. Anyone know of something that will stop these things?

PopupCop (only works with IE, however, as it is a COM plug-in for IE).
