Im trying to set up my Windows Mail using a Windows Live account that i have
just made up. What is that incoming mail and that outgoing mail need to
be????

Can someone please let me know asap as this is for my business and i need it
to be done asap

What do you mean by "made up"? Unless it was duly registered with
Live.com, it won't work.

For Live.com and Hotmail accounts, follow the settings given here:

Use port 587 rather than port 25 for the SMTP server.

Note: I would never use a Hotmail/Live.com account for a business.
