Who provides your email service? Or to ask that question another way,
what is the part of your email address after the @ symbol?
Your mail provider will typically have a web page that shows how to
set up an email program. If you need more help, tell us the name of
your email service provider.
If your only email address is @us.army.mil, I doubt they publicize
their server information. Get the info though official channels or
ask a fellow soldier who already has it working properly.
..
What do you mean by "your pop3"? Most email providers
allow using the pop3 protocol, so we need to know which
email provider you are trying to connect to before we'll
know which set of instructions you'll need. Most internet
providers are also email providers. Different instructions
are sometimes needed if your email provider is not also
your internet provider.
