Hi

I am using pop3 for my gmail & rediff id.
But all my mails of rediff will be pooled to outlook but in gmail, a copy
will be left in gmail inbox.

Also while sending a message from rediff id, i get the following error
421 Authorization failed: please authenticate by doing get message first

So please let me know what has to be done for this & also on how to ensure
that a copy of mail is there even in rediffid.

Each account can either delete downloaded messages or leave copies on the
server. Examine the Advanced tab of each accout for that setting.
Also while sending a message from rediff id, i get the following error

In your account settings, enable the "Log on to incoming server before
sending mail" on the "Outgoing Server" tab of your account properties. How
to locate these properties and tabs is Outlook version-specific but you
decided that information wasn't important.
