You need to ask your ISP or service provider. Generally if you email address
is name @ company.com, your pop3 service is going to be some variation of
the company.com part such as mail.company.com pop3.company.com etc. But you
need to ask your service provider for the correct format. (this goes for
smtp setting for outgoing server too - often they are the same, but not
always.)
