Your email account provider has that information.
They should have a help page on their website.
If you tell us who provides your email account, perhaps someone can assist
you.
POP3 (Post Office Protocol Version 3) is a protocol for sending mail. Such
mail goes to a pop3 server at your internet service provider.
SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) is a protocal for receiving mail. Such
mail comes from a smtp server at your internet service provider.
You setup these servers using the information that your internet service
provider sends to you.

NB: Set Outgoing server (SMTP) to Port 587, not Port 25!
Windows Mail's new account wizard is hard-coded to reject (e-mail address removed)
and (e-mail address removed) addresses. When you enter your email address during setup,
use a dummy one (e.g., (e-mail address removed)). After you've finished, go back
and change the email address to the correct one.
