pop3 error, can't recieve mail but can send xp pro & outlook 2003

get this error when trying to send mail via outlook 2003 and xp pro - it use
to work fine!


Task 'pop3.stealthminerals.ca - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0F) :
'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem continues,
contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The
server responded: +OK 498 bytes will follow'

Try increasing your server timeout value (on the Advanced tab of your
account properties pages) and the send/receive interval value.

If you have access to your email via the web.. delete all spam and try
it again
