Pop ups

Hi. I use Outlook 2007. I have paid (twice, I think!) but keep getting
popup boxes that tell me to put in my "key" numbers. This happens every time
I open the program to read my e mails. I patiently close the popup boxes.
everything seem to work perfectly within the mail program. I close the
program. Later, I open it again to read my mail and first I see the pop up
boxes. I have tried entering every key number I have saved (elsewhere) but
after I enter an unlock "key" the anser in another box is "not a valed
number!" Sounds quite angry, to me. How can I get rid of these anying popups
in order to read my mail? Thanks, Lincee
 
Sounds like you're talking about the Activation Assistant. If you're using
the activation key that you received with your product, and it's not working,
try calling Microsoft and getting a new one. The phone number is right there
in the Activation Assistant dialog.
