POP UPS HELP!!

I have limited experience with comps. but this has me
baffled. In Internet Ex., all my pop ups, whether they are
advertisements or not, come up blank! The box is there but
NO content. It does not, however, happen on Netscsape.
Please, if anyone has any idea let me know. Greatly
appreciated.
