add-in that generate popup windows

Why not ask jim? maybe a browser window or another frontpage blank file?

It means that to use Spawn, you actually have to open a Web page onto which
the popup will be inserted. It's akin to saying "before you can add text or
graphics to a Web page, you have to open a Web page."
