Pop Up Results

PLEASE HELP!! I have Windows XP and for the past several
days, whenever I bring up a search engine and search for
a topic, extra links appear in the search results. Three
links that number 2-4 on my results page. These links
have little or nothing to do with what I am searching
for. And it doesn't matter what search engine I use, the
extra links always appear. And they seem to be the same
links. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Sounds like you've pickup some sort of spyware/adware. The
best thing to try is downloading Lavasoft's Ad-aware or
Search and Distory Bot. Both are free. Install enither or
both, disconnect from the internet and run a scan then
quarantine or distory the files and key they come up with.
*Remeber to connect your self back to the internet* then
try searching.
