Pop up question

Hi all.

I have a question , because when I'm in the Internet appear many pop-ups ,

I have installed service Pack2 and the Pop-Up setting is on? could you help
me to fix this probelm..?
I have also installed Pc-Cilin as Antivirus and an Ad-aware Se,Antyspyware
from Microsoft and Spybot ..I don;t know why my Pc is not protected.

any help will be appreciate.

You might want to ask this question in one of the Internet Explorer
newsgroups. This group is about Outlook which doesn't typically get involved
in the pop-up problem.
