User name & password pop up

I need some advise please. I have been using Outlook 2003 for years with no
problems. Now suddenly it constantly asks for my user name and pswd. I type
it correctly but it continues to pop up. I read all the help fixes and did
everything including creating a new outlook profile, deleting the email
account and resetting it up. But each time I restart outlook again appears
the problem. I do receive my mail but as I am reading the pop up appears over
and over again. I am most annoyed. I have changed nothing and installed
nothing new so I cannot for the life of me figure out what may have gone
wrong. Any advise would be most appreciated

Hi Brian,
Thanks for trying to help. I found this link in another post and tried it to
no avail. BUT I did solve the issue. I logged on to my isp's webmail and
uninstalled my account and reinstalled it with new password etc. Then
reinstalled the new stuff in my Outlook. A REAL pain but has worked. No more
pop ups! whew! Seems like a really stupid thing to have to do but well what
ever works!
