Pop Up Protection

Can anyone recommend what other freeware is available that
works well for preventing pop ups? I currently have
SPYWAREBLASTER Installed to help prevent (not going a very
good job) and Spybot for erasing spyware.

I have been getting hit pretty hard with popups and it is
so ANNOYING.
