Pop-up on IE startup

When I run IE for the first time after staring up, a porn
ad takes up the whole screen offering a 'free trial'. It
doesn't run at any point after that. I can't find how to
get rid of it/ Hope you can help.

You have malware on your system. Download, install, update and run the
programs below. They are free and very effective. Be sure to run both SpyBot
and Adaware, as what one does not detect the other may. Follow the
directions carefully.
