PoP-Up on a Group Policy

Greetings All;

My W/S is XP running as client on Windows 2000 server. I downloaded the
adminstration Tools for 2003 server in order to manage the AD.
however, if I want to change/Edit the Group policy on the server itself
...... many of pop-up screen appairs.

Any Advice.
