POP-UP Message: which user account do you want to use to run this program

This message now pops up: which user account do you want
to use to run this program?

I only have 1 user account, and one guest account that is
not activated. I use XP Home. This just started
happening today, and I have no idea why, or how to get
rid of it. Any suggestions?
