When right click on Explorer window, the pop up menu shows
a link that is not windows generated. The link takes the
explorer to a porno site. tried to remove, but can not
find a way to remove from the right click menu that shows
up.

Sounds like spyware or a home page hijacker.

There are also some web-based drive-by trojan downloads that have
similar results, so I'd reccommend an a/v update and scan as well.
