I use Popup Manager and really like it. It's "mindless"
to use - just install it and let it do it's thing. It
blocks most popups (I also use Norton adblocker and at
least together I get hardly any) but you have easy access
to any popups it blocks in case it's one you need. You
can also download it from the endpopups site. http://www.endpopups.com/
