Pop up forms open with detail minimized and no way to resize

Some pop up forms opened in Access 2007 (in Access 2000 or Access 2007 file
format) will open with the detail section minimized. The form can not be
resized and I have not been able to find a pattern to when the form will open
"normally" and when it will open with the detail section barely visible. The
problem occurs on computers running Vista and XP Pro so the o/s doesn't seem
to be relevant. Databases in Access 2000 format that have been edited in
Access 2007 and that use Access 2007 library files running on computer
running Office 2003 have the same problem.

Any ideas?

Yes, I had the same question. See my post "Importing forms from 2003 to
2007". The way I handled it was to open the form in design view, and change
the margins slightly, and save. Allen Browne suggests putting the
runcommand accmdsizetofit in the activate event of the form, but this still
requires making some change so the form can be saved -- which solves the
problem.

Good suggestion but I am already using accmdsizetofit and also making active
changes and saving the form - the problem still crops up randomly, definitely
not consistently (e.g. will open fine two times then open with the detail
section almost non-existent).

I also have encountered this bug. May Microsoft has a fix?

I cannot reproduce it enough to determine the cause but It makes the
application unusable!!!
