Pop Up form activate or got focus event

MS Access 2000
For example main form named Form1 has button wich is
opening form with Pop Up property, let's call one Pop Up
form (Pop up is not Modal form and contains some
controls). I would like to have Pop Up form closed if I
click on any place over Form1. As I undestood, Form1
doesn't lose activity when Pop Up form is opend (seems
strange because Form1 window looks like inactive), but
Form1 doesn't respond on Activate Event when focus moved
from Pop Up into Form1. Please help to find the decision.

When you switch between two open forms, the Deactivate
event occurs for the form being switched from, and the
Activate event occurs for the form being switched to. If
the forms contain no visible, enabled controls, the
LostFocus event occurs for the first form before the
Deactivate event, and the GotFocus event occurs for the
second form after the Activate event.

Mentioned doesn't work when one of those forms is Pop Up.
Does anybody know how to get event on switching between
form and Pop Up form?
