pop up dialog paramater box

I run a query within a form which add data to a subform based on the
parameter entered in the pop parametere box, is there a way to change the
title in the pop box from "enter Parameter value" to something else?

Have your own form that the query references. Your form would have to be
open in order for the query to run though.
