pop-up contacts

how do I get the pop-up contacts box that appears when I
am sending an e-mail to appear alphabetized by the last
and not first name?
 
What version of Outlook?

(For Outlook 2000 Tools, Services, Double click on Outlook Address
Book and choosing Last Name, First Name on the right hand side.)
 
It's outlook 2002. I know how to alphabitze contacts,
but it doesn't appear that way in the pop-up box when
addressing an e-mail. Thanks.
