Pop Up Blocking

with the upgrade to Windows XP SP2 and its pop up blocker
capability, should I still use AdSubtract & SpySubtract?

Does SP2 provide the same level of protection?
 
a problem with IE's new popup blocker at XPSP2 is that it refreshes the page
when you unblock a popup, thus causing server side logic to reset (if it's a
session of many consecutive pages) and usually it fails, making the user
start all over after they enabled the popups for that site (if they ever
understand what the problem was)
