pop up blocking

I need to allow pop-ups on certain area, I unblock them, yet they will not
allow pop-ups at People First site in Florida.

Do you have that site set up in I E's trusted zone?
 
I have the same problem on several Web Sites. I shut off my IE pop up
blocking and still get kills. I also am running Norton which I have
disabled, same problem. Did you find a cure?
