Pop-up Blockers - Too Many Active?

TweakUI and XP have a pop-up blocker setting, so does my Google Tool Bar
for IE and my Netscape Browser has one too. Does it matter if they are
all set to active, or should I only have one running at a time (and, if
so, which one is most effective)?

They should all be active and read on how to configure them to work for you
and live together in harmony and Happiness!.
