pop-up advertising blocking opening sites

Pop-up killers, evidence killers advertising blocking
opening some pages including some security pages adviced
by Community Newsgroup. It takes screen over and when
removed, desired site is removed always (showes up only
for two seconds before taken over).Ad-aware6, Spybot
search and destroy, Norton2003 in function. Computer
updated, security level OK.
 
Do you have your firewall enabled (or have another firewall in use)? If not,
do so.
Have you downloaded the *latest* versions of AdAware & Spybot? Do so, then
launch, update, run, each.
