Pop-up Ads

Recently (within the last two days), I have been getting
an UNBELEIVABLE number of pop-up ads. They are coming in
a continual stream. I have downloaded "Pop-up Stopper"
from panicware and Spybot, which have both helped some,
but I'm still getting more than I can handle. (I've
gotten three just while typing this!). Most of what I'm
getting now are full page ads with the header IE-
Microsoft Internet Explorer. There is no address line or
toolbar, but other than that look like a normal browser
window. All I can do is hit the "X" in the upper right
hand corner or accept their product. These are ads for
almost anything (i.e. online gambling, online schoolwork,
Quicken financial products, Mortgage rates, etc.). I'm
also getting a lot of "Security warnings" asking if I
want to accept certain downloads. Of course I say no,
but it just returns a 1/2 hour later.

I assume I accidently downloaded something to cause all
this, but WHAT? And how do I stop it? Spybot got rid of
alot of things, but not enough.

HELP!!!
