pop up ads adult content

I am having a problem with an adult content ad starting
Internet Explorer and opening at different times.
T keep adding the site http:address to my Norton Blocker
list but it seems to change it's address and open again.
how do I stop it.

http://toolbar.google.com will block IE popups.

This seems to be a common problem among many and all
these suggestions about the spybot and all don't work
totally.

I first bought spybot to clean my computer. It cleaned my
computer but when i logged back again it again ownloaded
all the porn site all of its own even though i didnot
visit these pages. Then I blocked all cookies on my pc,
ran spybot again and now i have been able to keep my
registry clean, pop ups have stopped, cookies are
blocked, but still i can't stop getting these websites
getting added to me favorite and it is also changing my
home page.

please, please any more idea?????? help us. we are really
frustrated.
