POP/SMTP OK but sending message does not reach/Outlook 2003

My e-mail account settings are OK and have verified and tested them. However,since yesterday I have been having problems, that any time I try to reply or send a message, the response back, is that it's undeliverable and it indicates "553 sorry, that domain isn't n my list of allowed rcpthosts(#5.7.1)
There's no problem iin receiving
Please advise how to fix it.

This happens everytime I reply or send e-mails.

See if the info at this link helps fix it. Sounds like you are attempting
to send mail using a server you are not presently logged into (this info
pertains to OL as well):

Pa Bear: Thanks. Even though I was sending w/o problems up until Friday, I am setting up the SMTP as instructed. Will advise. J Napoli
