POP Server Setting Keeps changing after each power up

I have exhausted all my avenues.. I am using windows XP. For email purposes,
I have 3 user, 2 are using outllok express and 1 is using Netscape navigator.
Starting 2 days ago the pop server assigned to EACH account is changing from
pop."domain".com to 127.0.0.1.
When i reset each account the users can access their email, but as soon as
the computer reboot it changes back..

PS McCafee cant find anything......

Anyone install some sort of spam filtering application?
