POP Problem with Outlook 2003 & Vista

I continually get this message on this new Vista Computer. Any input
would be greatly appreciated.

I enabled logging in Outlook and this is what I get: (I have tried
deleting the 118th & 119th message in the que on the mail server. It
didn't make any difference. It always stops on message 118)

The first two things you might want to try are 1) turning off any antivirus
scanning of incoming mail and 2) increasing your server timeout value on the
Advanced tab of the account properties dialogue.
