poor performance

i recently upgraded my pc from windows 98 to windows xp.
everything is working fine except when i go into a page
and scroll down it stagger's really bad. can anyone tell
me how to stop it?

Sounds like a memory problem. WinXP like to have at
least 256M but 512M would be better. Win98 didn't
require that much and you probably have just the minimum
WinXP needs.

I am having the same problems with staggering. I have
1.0 Gig of memory. This is really frustrating though.
Let me know if you find out whats causing the staggering,
etc.
