Poor Performance with two network cards

I've just started here and they have got a Win2k PDC with
two net cards (supposed one for int. one for ext.) and the
active dir and Exchng2k are both very slow. I have tried
config DNS server and it's OK. Was looking into MAC
addresses. Any ideas if this is the right route or if it's
a common problem with two network cards in win2k?

See that your NIC binding order has internal NIC listed first. Secondly
check, that you have reverselookup zone setup in your DNS server.
