polish national charachter not available

Hi.

I have the german version of the win xp prof.
I use a lot the polish keyboard layout.
But one letter is not available at all.
It is the lower case "c" with dash about it.
Upper case "C" with dash does function properly.
I have set the polish programmers keybord layout.

Do you have some idea ?

The solution is found. My ATI Catalyst Control Center has defined
a hotkey. It was set to ctrl+alt+c. I changed this c to d and
it is functioning now.
