Policy using MSN Messenger in a corporate environment

Does anyone know a way to lock certain functions in a corporate environment to not allow a user to add or remove contacts from Messenger 6.1 or otherwise. I find it can be a great tool in a corporate env. but I would like to limit the way some users either del/block/add contacts. If this can be done in the registry or otherwise through a third party app or plugin for Messenger Plus/similar program. I would app any help that can be provided

btw they need to ADD PKI support scince they are no longer going to support NETMEETING

There are no specific MSN Messenger policies, the policies exist within Windows Messenger
only. However, I don't recall there being a policy (in Windows Messenger) to stop users from
adding others.
