Policy LockDown affecting Admin User also.

Hi,
I saw a knowledgbase article once about stoping a
security policy affecting the admin user of an XP Pro
workstation. The lockdown was applied to a particular
user via gpedit.msc but the entire computer was affected
for all users. How can this be done for once user only.
