Polaroid I-zone Camera

I have a Polaroid I-zone Combo Camera and it is connected
correctly to my serial port. When I try to acquire
photos from the i-zone software I get the following error
message " Error No Camera is connected" I checked
Microsoft Support and the only thing that I could figure
out was wrong was something to do with WIA drivers and it
says to unistall them using the device manager and
reinstall the polaroid i-zone drivers. How do I identify
the WIA drivers to remove them? Can anyone more tech
savy than me explain this to me???

Try having the camera, usb, power cord to the camera (or at least some hot
batteries) hooked up prior to turning the machine on. On ocassion, my Canon
A300 does the same but I solved that by purchasing a hub from Office Depot
that handles 3 diffferent small 'data cards' for only $34.95 a couple of
months ago.
