POINTERS

Marvin acoby

I have very poor eyesight and on earlier versions of
Windows, up through windows ME, I have set my mouse
pointer to" Extra-large, Inverting" to make it easier to
find the pointer. I recently purchased a new computer
using Windows XP. Going to what appears to be the same
Accessibility Wizard I have attempted to make the same
selection again but it doesn't work. All I get is the
black extra-large pointer which never inverts regardless
of the collar of the background. If I choose the regular
size pointer it will invert, but neither the large nor
extra-large pointers will. There is no statement of any
limitations in the Accessibility Wizard.

What is going wrong and can anyone help me? Please reply
to the above e-mail address as well as the group address.

Does your mouse use special drivers and/or software beyond what is included
with XP. If yes, you may need to update the drivers or software from the
mouse manufacturer's website.

Also, check your graphics card manufacturer's website for the latest XP
drivers for your card as that might be the issue as well.

1. If your mouse come without manufacturers driver (CD) install, XP
automatic create one for you. In this case, got to Control Panel -> click
Mouse icon -> in prosperities select Pointer. Inside there at least two
Large Pointer.
2. If your mouse come with driver, just install or setup accordingly. After
that, you open its program from Start -> All Program there you can see the
icon. Change any size you like; depends on what mouse you purchase.
