Pointer Record Display

Does anyone know of a script which will result in a display box popping up
whenever the pointer is on any cell in column "A" (much in the manner of the
'comments' box) which will show all of the column headers on the left of the
box and the equivalent data for the indicated row on the right?

I can see this being very useful for a lot of people that have databases
with a lot of columns.

I want to have some way of avoiding scrolling left/right back and forth all
of time when I have a database with many columns; basically to see a
"snapshot" of all of the data in one record as I pass overit (in column "A").

I'm not sure if I've explained it clearly.

As with so many concepts in Excel, this is much easier to illustrate than
describe; therefore I am mailing you a sample file under serparate cover.

Thanks
