podcast download softwares

hi im new to listening to pod casts and so far have only manually
downloaded some. however im looking for some good podcast download
software that works on win 98se any ideas?

I immediately thought of Ipodder - but that didn't support 9x

A suggestion for Win9x users, from the Ipodder forum - though this one
is freeware (donationware) but not open source,

For 2K/XP, I wouldn't look at anything other than open source Ipodder
- or at the very least, I'd make a thorough check for spyware reports,
even suspected.
