Podcasting

Hey,

Just wondered if there were any podcast experts out there?

I had a meeting yesterday with a guy from my work, who reckons i should do something which will get me noticed. I suggested starting a podcast section on our boring internal internet site.

Was curious to know what i would need in terms of equipment and how you would go about setting up a podcast section? Is it a case of just recording some mp3's and sticking them on the web?
