Pocket PC

Hi,

I hope someone can help, I am struggling to get my Pocket
PC to synchronise with my laptop. It has done before (I
use MS ActiveSync) without problem but now I recieve
error message surrounding an inability to "resolve
items". It may be a software issue and have tried the fix
stated on the MS site (Knowledge Base article 299625) but
it made little difference. I have also updated to MS
ActiveSnc V3.7 but again to no avail.

Apologies that this isn't strictly a hardware problem but
there didn't seem to be a clear area for mobile devices.

Try uninstalling ActiveSync from Add/Remove Programs in the Control
Panel. Now go here and download and install ActiveSync 3.7.1:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/downloads/activesync37.mspx

You may want to try renaming the PocketPC Files folder in My Documents
before you reconnect the Pocket PC and see if that helps you set up a
new Partnership and hopefully that will resolve the issue.
