Pocket PC C# Bluetooth Communication

I am a final year software engineering student. I am developing an
application using c# to run on a pda. The problem i am faced with is that i
need to send a xml file over to a pc using bluetooth. I was wondering if
there was anyone who could shed some light on this problem.

The application ideally needs to send the file without me using the existing
activesync software and syncin the pda that way. This is why i am having
trouble.
Even if there was a way to just call and run active sync from my c#
application like the shell commands in C which were used to run other apps
from within your own.

Any advice is greatly appreciated
