Have AIPTEK PC3which transfered photos to album until a couple of months ago.Will not now .and computer does not recognise it.Will transfer on neighbours PC.Bought a new one different model.Neither would even appear on control panel. Message to say Locked File C:/ WINDOWS/System32/iconexe.After following Help have now got them both in control panel but neither will transfer pictures to album.TriedCompact Flash Card Reader and that wont transfer either although lights up when inserted into USB port hub.Please help.Needs to be simple advice as senior citizan
