PNY Attache' 128MB USB Thumbdrive

I have a 128MB PNY Attache' USB Thumdrive. I've used it
on Windows 2000 machines and 2000 regognizes and assignes
a drive letter without loading any drives. Windows 98
machines work well also but require loading the included
driver. I'm having trouble with XP machines however. XP
is supposed to support these natively. I have found the
on XP machines the drive is "seen" and recognized by the
OS but no drive letter is assigned and I am unable to find
the drive to copy files to it. Any idea why XP is not
assigned drive letters. I've tried it on multiple XP
machines with the same exact results.

If you run compmgmt.msc and go to the Drive Management section, you can
find your drive and "initialize" it. Then XP will give it a drive letter
(unless you disabled all the spare letters using TweakUI).
