Logged in as an administrator you need to
Take Ownership of the old data area.
For Home you need to do this in a F8 safe
mode boot. The help system has info on
taking ownership.

My safe mode screen is displayed then the Computer stops
working.. I am but able to log in in my other partition (
wheer I have OS as XP professional)..

I would also like to know how to reterive my mails and
address book from the same.. I ahve two identies in
outlook express ( main idenmtity and a new one .. Both
have its own seperated address book email ids.. I am
talking about outlook express ( NOT Microsoft outlook
express)... I have tried DBxtrating software.. its not
working properlly..
