having problems with os disks plz help

I have windows xp and vista sp1 64bit. I try to instal the wxp and it
collects data etc.. and then when its instalin and it says it will take bout
30 minthe loading bars half way and it stops loading or maybe freezes not
sure plz help. Also my windows vista starts being read and the loading bar
shows up when i turn pc on and at some point the bar stops moving and i gues
it stoped loading and im stuck now plz help.

Suggest you use a third-party utility to totally blitz the drive then try
installing from scratch again. And this time, let it finish - don't turn off
halfway through!

you can format again your OS.
after that reinstall again and let them install until finish don`
stop.
Because it will destroy your system again

There is some info missing..
What OS is actually installed when you try to install XP???
Are you trying to install XP over Vista64 or same partition/diffferent
partition/different HD???..what???

The normal procedure for a dual boot system would be to have the older OS
installed 1st.
Then to install the newer OS onto a different partition or HD.
The last install will overwrite the bootsector (MBR) of the older install
and usually create the dual boot menu that you see when you boot.

What exactly are YOU trying to accomplish??
