Plz help me on this error:

my i6 sp1 isnt working at all. whenever i try to open it,
it says: the page cannot be displayed.

if i go to the properties of page, in the URL, it shows:
res://c:\windows\system32\shdoclc.dll\dnserror.html#

or something like tht(i m not sure abt the part after
shdoclc.dll)..

help plz!!

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.
